The Lions Year comes to an end in June each year, and from the beginning of July the new Club Officers take up their tasks, are handed the baton, and start carrying the can, all at once!

 

The actual moment of transition is usually taken to be the Handover ceremony when the incoming President accepts the chain of office from the outgoing President. The event is usually turned into something of a social event, as you will see from our recent history!
